How does it work?

Outstanding management requires consistently working on the little things that will enable your team's success. But it's hard to know what to do, when to do it, and not forget to do them.
Think of Larsen as your team manager sidekick. It diagnoses areas of improvement for you as a manager and for your team, and then crafts tailored content and tasks for you to go through each week. The content and tasks will not take more than 30 minutes.
In a matter of a few weeks, you can expect to improve as a manager and see better engagement, increased happiness, less burnout risk, and more productivity on your team. Doesn't that sound nice?

What are we going to help you with?

The course adapts itself to your team and you as a manager, so we can't tell you exactly what you will cover. Depending on your team's areas of improvement, your progressive course could: - Guide you to set more effective goals for your team - Guide you to provide coaching and praise to team members - Guide you to have better career conversations with your direct report - Guide you to run better and more impactful 1:1s etc.

How much does this cost?

We are currently offering the first 3 months of the course for a discounted $50 per month. If anything goes wrong or Larsen isn't helpful to you, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
